The pubs are secured as good as possible by the set up team using a combination of ground pegs, sand bags and ropes tied to available hard points such as trees or fence posts. The pubs are insurance rated up to 23mph / 37kph. Wind speed can be checked on most weather apps, but if the wind exceeds the rating or it feels unsafe, it is the responsibility of the booking party to deflate if needed and re-inflate when safe to do so.

The booking fee is £100.00 to reserve the date. The booking fee is nonrefundable but could be applied to a future booking in cases where something unexpected came up. If we cancel the job for whatever reason we will refund the booking delivery?

If there is a party start time, we take this into account when organising the day, but circumstances out of our control can affect that. We aim to have all pubs set up by 4pm.

We start collections at 10am the following day. The pubs must be free of rubbish and decorations by then. If needed we can clean up for a £50.00 fee.

It is best to leave the pub inflated all night if safe to do so, as rain water can collect on a deflated pub which can take hours to clear. If it is very windy then deflate as a last resort by turning off the blower.

We offer free delivery of our pubs within a 10-mile radius of Bolton to make your rental experience even more convenient. If your event location is beyond this radius, we charge a nominal fee of £2.00 per mile for the additional distance, which we will calculate and include in your booking estimate.
